1. Service Description

We are a third-party gift card exchange platform operating in Nigeria. We buy valid, properly obtained gift cards from users and pay Naira directly to users' Nigerian bank accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any gift card brand including Apple, Amazon, Steam, Google Play, Razer Gold, Visa or any other card issuer.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You must be the full legal owner of all gift cards you submit for exchange
• You must have full legal right to trade the cards you send to us
• You are responsible for ensuring all cards you submit are obtained legally

3. Transaction Rules

• All quoted rates are valid for 30 minutes at the time of quoting, and may change based on live market rates
• We reserve the right to reject any card that is invalid, used, locked, expired, or obtained fraudulently
• Payment is sent only after successful verification and loading of the card
• Payment timeframes are estimates; minor delays may occur due to bank processing times
• All completed transactions (after card is verified and payment is sent) are final
• We do not charge hidden fees; any applicable fees will be clearly stated before you confirm your trade

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit gift cards
• Use our service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Submit false information or attempt to impersonate another person
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our service or support staff

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect card details you provide
• We are not liable for bank delays, network issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control
• We are not responsible for cards you send to third parties or scammers
• Our total liability for any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid to you for that transaction

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
